The tours will take place Friday July 19th.  The lab tour will be in the morning and the 0.7 MWe CO2 Capture Facility will be in the afternoon.  Exact times will be confirmed at a later date.

Statement of Agreement for ICEE 2024 Registration

By completing the registration process for the 3rd International Conference on Energy and Environment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Registration Fee: You acknowledge and agree to pay the specified registration fee for attending the conference. 
  2. No Refund Policy: You understand and agree that all registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellation, inability to attend, or any other reason.
  3. Transferability: Registration is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another individual without explicit approval from the conference organizers.
  4. Event Changes: The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or any other aspect of the conference without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle registrants to refunds.
  5. Liability Waiver: You understand and acknowledge that participation in the conference is at your own risk. The conference organizers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property that may occur during the event.
  6. Photography and Filming: By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed for promotional and archival purposes. The conference organizers reserve the right to use any such material without further notice or compensation.
  7. Code of Conduct: You agree to abide by the conference's code of conduct and behave in a professional and respectful manner towards fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers.
  8. Force Majeure: The conference organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, or terrorism.

By completing the registration process, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not proceed with the registration.
